Playtime in the Garden
Each week, children will engage in playful learning, games, and arts and crafts activities that will introduce them to the environmental elements that are important for growing a garden and eating healthy food. Registration is limited to 15 children per week and is booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Other important details:
Children must be between the ages of 2 and 6.
Max limit of 3 children per Garden Member.
Parents/Caregivers must stay on the premises for the duration of the activity.
Connections In the Garden (For Parents & Caregivers): The SCCG has partnered with Grounded by Nature to offer all Playtime in the Garden Parents & Caregivers the opportunity to participate in a FREE “Connections in the Garden” workshop each Wednesday from 9:45-10:45. Led by Mindfulness Coach, Tiffanie Glaze, participants will be guided on a playful journey of self-discovery through group discussion, journaling, meditation and more!

Alphabet Soup Story Time
In partnership with the San Carlos Public Library, join us at the Garden’s Amphitheater on the 2nd Saturday of every month from 10:00 to 10:30am for a fun and interactive Storytime in the Garden. Appropriate for children 10 and under. Follow-us on Facebook for our story book updates.

Open to the Public
The garden is open to the public each Saturday from 9:00 to 11:00am for the public to enjoy! Come on by to meet other gardeners or even a new neighbor. Bring a book, paint, take a walk, get inspired, do yoga, or get a personalized tour with one of our Garden docents.

Mindful Meditation
Held on the 3rd Sunday of every month, 9:30-10:30 am, this 60 minute meditation begins with a guided warm up and intention, followed by conscious quiet time throughout the garden. Led by Yoga and Reiki healer, Mayra Gonzalez. FREE EVENT, $5 donation suggested.

Grieving & Healing
Held on the 3rd Saturday of every month, 6-7pm. Led by Yoga and Reiki healer, Mayra Gonzalez, participants are guided through gentle movement, breathwork, journaling and energy healing to help reconnect with themselves and the cycles of life. FREE EVENT, $5 donation suggested.
