Learn how to enhance the flavor of your summer fruits and veggies through fermentation. Led by Rebecca from Pepper Queen Farms, this workshop will demonstrate how to properly and safely ferment your harvest, using only salt and water. Participants will also take away unique and healthy recipes that promote good gut health.
Rebecca is the owner and chef of Pepper Queen Farms, a local, certified organic pepper and vegetable farm, which she sources to produce her fermented hot sauce and artisan food products.
